use wheat flour.
If you’ve done any baking you’re probably already familiar
with flour, but you may not know what separates wheat flour from regular white
flour. Wheat flour contains more fiber than white flour, which will help you
lower your cholesterol. Wheat flour is also rich in a wide variety of vitamins
and minerals that white flour doesn’t contain. If you do a lot of baking you
might want to give wheat flour a try – it makes for great tasting baked goods,
and it’s a healthy alternative to white flour.
