HI...

My name is Bina and I went to your video about making Thepla. I then visited your blog and it inspired me to make my Thepla with Dandelion leaves instead of the Methi (fenugreek leaves). I also used spelt flour instead of regular flour. The dandelion leaves are shredded and put together with thinely sliced red onion. Soy sauce and balsamic vinegar is added and allowed to marinate in the frig. The leaves are the squashed to relieve them of the liquid of the marinade and then added to the food processor with the rest of your spices and made into the vegetable puree. I pick the dandelion leaves from my back yard. This is a wonderful way to use this highly nutritious plant.
