Spice of the Week: Garlic
Chances are you’re already familiar with garlic to a certain
extent, but you might not know all of the benefits garlic has to offer beyond
its flavor. Garlic can help to reduce
cholesterol and unhealthy fats, and it also contains an anti-bacterial agent
which can give your immune system a boost. So garlic tastes great and helps to
keep you healthy!
