Lychee Ice Cream

Recipe by Guest Chef Tushar

Summer is the season for ice cream. Last February I toured New Zealand and I was surprised to find so many different flavors of ice cream. With so many novel flavors available, I had to try a new one every day.

Recently, my cousin treated me to homemade ice cream. I cannot deny that it was delicious.
