I am always ready to try something new in my kitchen.
Recently I found a package of ready-to-make "Simply Asia" soy ginger noodles at my local grocers.
It is easy to make per direction, but I did make some changes.
I saute' broccoli, scallion, cabbage, carrots, and cubes of firm tofu in a wok.
Then I added some Sriracha (
or any spicy sauce can work) and one teaspoon of lemon juice to make it sweet and sour.Cilantro and bean sprouts are good garnishes.

This recipe is very easy and takes few minutes to make it. I recommend highly to students and to those who wants quick fix and does not want to sacrifice the taste. Enjoy as a meal. Thai restaurant sometimes sell bean Ice cream. Bean or green tea flavor Ice cream will be a good dessert to treat yourself on a hot summer day.
Sounds like a great recepie. The hot sauce you get in Chinese(Or Valli) store is Sambal Olek -very good Try it
