This is a fun recipe which sounds complicated, but it's easy to make and fun to serve.
Serves: 14 pieces
| || ||KG Pastry (Spring Roll Pastry) |
|2 ||Cups ||Shredded Cabbage |
|1 ||Cup ||Shredded Carrot |
|1 ||Cup ||Juvenile Green Beans |
|1/4 ||Cup ||Chives |
|1/2 ||Cup ||Bean Sprouts |
|2 ||TBsp ||Soy Sauce |
| || ||Salt to taste |
|1 ||Tsp ||Chili Garlic Sauce |
| || ||Oil for frying |
How to Prepare:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Squeeze all of the excesses water out.
- Prepare to fill the pastry according to the instructions on the wrapper.
- Deep fry in hot oil.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
These are a big favorite of the kids!
