Ingredients:
2 cup sprouted mung beans( raw not boiled)
2 carrot cubed or shredded
1 small cucumber
2-3 small radish
1/2 small cabbage shredded
1 small tomato cubed
salt to taste, cumin powder
black pepper , 1/2 tsp lemon juice
How to make:
1. Mix all the ingredients together. Toss in spices. Set aside.
Can be served with any meal or good for ladies lunch.Labels: Salad
